  • Free Press reserves the right to accept or decline exhibit applications on a case-by-case basis.
  • Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No electoral or partisan political activity is allowed in the exhibit hall.
  • The Commons is a promotional and networking showcase for organizations involved in media reform, movement-building and social change work. Items sold in the exhibit hall are limited to tangible goods (e.g., shirts, bumper stickers, DVDs, etc.) Exhibitors may not sell food of any kind. Books may be sold only through the official conference bookseller. Companies that sell services, hardware and software (e.g., Web services, fundraising tools) may be permitted to exhibit on a case-by-case basis.
  • Logistical details about the Commons, including shipping information, will be provided at a later date.

  • Free Press reserves the right to accept or decline advertisers on a case-by-case basis.
  • Ad space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No electoral or partisan political content is allowed in the advertisements.
  • Free Press cannot assume responsibility for ads that do not conform to specified requirements. We reserve the right to modify ads as needed.
  • Free Press will receive rights to all submitted ads.

Tote stuffers, please review the following guidelines:

  • Because tote stuffing is resource-intensive, all items must be preapproved. Free Press reserves the right to accept or decline tote stuffers on a case-by-case basis.
  • Tote stuffing is available on a limited basis for organizations that wish to get relevant informational materials into the hands of conference attendees.
  • Stuffers will be placed alongside registration packets in the bags all attendees receive.
  • Tote stuffers may not include any electoral or partisan political content.
