The National Conference for Media Reform is the perfect place to spread the word about your organization to an inspired and engaged audience. This year, exhibitor tables will be located in our Conference Commons, a bustling public square that is easily accessible and highly visible. Your table and program ads will reach thousands of activists, media makers, academics and policymakers who come to the conference to learn, strategize and network.
The deadline to apply for promotional opportunities is March 8, 2013. Please note we offer discounted rates for nonprofit organizations.
Here is a list of the kinds of groups that might exhibit at our conference:
Tables
Showcase your organization at a table. Tables are located in the Conference Commons. Various activities and presentations within the Commons will attract attendees and keep them engaged in the exhibit area for long periods of time.
All exhibits include:

Every attendee receives a conference program. Advertising in the program allows you to highlight your message and promote your organization. All advertisements appear in black and white.
Full-page ads for nonprofit organizations cost $800. Half-page ads for nonprofits cost $500.
Full-page ads for for-profit organizations cost $1,100. Half-page ads for for-profit organizations cost $700.
Apply to place an advertisement.
Table and Program Advertisement Combo Pack
Save money with our combo pack, which includes an exhibit table, two complimentary registrations and a half-page advertisement.
The combo pack costs $1,200 for nonprofit organizations and $1,950 for for-profit organizations.
Tote Stuffers
Do you have a publication or other printed materials to share with conference attendees? Consider placing a tote stuffer in the bags all attendees receive at registration. Because tote stuffing is resource-intensive, we have only a limited number of stuffers available. Tote stuffers cannot include electoral or partisan political content.
Tote stuffers cost $1,500.
