Kayshin Chan

Field Analyst at the New America Foundation's Open Technology Institute

Kayshin Chan is a field analyst with the New America Foundation's Open Technology Institute, where she evaluates the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program known as KEYSPOTS in Philadelphia.

Before joining OTI, she worked on evaluation studies of chronic disease programs for underserved communities. She has helped lead qualitative and quantitative analyses for local, state and federally funded projects. She also provided technical assistance and training to local nonprofits on increasing their capacity for program evaluation.

Ms. Chan holds a master's in public health from Emory University, with a concentration in behavioral sciences and health education.
