Worried you missed something during the National Conference for Media Reform in Boston in early April? Take a sigh of relief: We’ve captured it all in either audio or video form, or both, and we’ve been working hard to get you footage of the amazing sessions that took place over the weekend.

Here are four videos worth watching:

Creating and Sustaining Citizen Journalism

This session focuses on how to start a citizen journalism program. It covers how to find funding; develop relationships with citizen journalists; build Web news content, community news bureaus and media tools; and create sustainable projects.

Panelists: Jason Barnett (The UpTake), Nicole Belanger (Cambridge Community Television), Kwan Booth (Oakland Local), Laurie Cirivello (Grand Rapids Community Media), Carlos Pareja (People's Production House). Colin Rhinesmith (University of Illinois) served as moderator.

Back to the Future: Old-School Journalism Orgs Shaping the Future of Journalism

Veteran journalism organizations are using their strong foundation to pioneer new ways of reporting and collaborating with readers, and are developing new ownership models that put people ahead of profits. This panel explores how a few of America's leading independent newsrooms are reinventing journalism and recreating themselves for the digital age.

Panelists: Bernie Lunzer (The Newspaper Guild-CWA), Jennifer Sahn (Orion Magazine), Kai Wright (Colorlines) and moderator Steve Katz (Mother Jones).

Organized by the Prometheus Radio Project, this session invites reflection on how the grassroots David can take on the Washington Goliath. How do you work from both inside and outside, in D.C. and in district, to influence members of Congress?

Panelists: Kenneth DeGraff (Office of House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi), Lupito Flores (KYRS-Thin Air Community Radio), Liz Humes (Virginia Center for the Public Press), Cheryl Leanza (A Learned Hand Consulting), Nan Rubin (Prometheus Radio Project) and Pete Tridish (Founder of Prometheus Radio Project, radio activist, freelancer).

Panelists included Marvin Ammori (University of Nebraska Law School), Kenyatta Cheese (Web series creator), Anne Jonas (Participatory Culture Foundation), Rob Pegoraro (Washington Post), Avner Ronen (Boxee), and Elisabeth Stark (Yale University).
